Seriously, we meant to do it.
As bad as it may sound sometimes you have to break a thing to make it even better.
So we took our boat out of the water and ripped the deck out. 
No we did not go crazy, we just took some of your advice and decided to make the seating area wider and the walking are more stable with additional rails to hold as you are jumping in.
All the tec divers will also be happy with much more space for their rebreathers and a wide area designated for stages.
