Vis island, as close to a tropical paradise you will find in Europe has been covered with a blanket of white fluffy stuff the locals had a hard time identifying.
Imagine this situation, you wake up, groggily you walk up to your stove to put a kettle on and then something catches your eye. Your neighbors changed their roofing shingles from red to white. Upon closer inspection you notice that the grass is now white???
Snow in these parts is so rare that i'm certain half of the inhabitans of Komiža had that line of thinking early in the morning of 26th of February.
Half of the shops (that makes 2) were closed down and school was out. All that was left was to take detailed photos and of course go for a dive :)
